This project is located in the suburbs of Sharjah, UAE, and was constructed by a local property developer. There are a total of 30 double-storey villas in the residential area, and the architectural style is a combination of traditional Middle Eastern arches, light-coloured stone facades, and modern minimalist elements.
The developer made the requirement at an early stage:
Lighting should be both practical and decorative, blending in with the Middle Eastern architectural style.
The lighting should be heat and sand resistant to cope with the hot and dusty outdoor environment of the Middle East.
At night, it should create a sense of warmth, comfort and dignity, and enhance the image of the whole community.
2. Solution: wall lamp + lawn lamp combination application, highlighting the details and atmosphere
We recommend and supply the following combination of lamps according to the project requirements:
🔸 Outdoor wall lamps: we chose one of our hot-selling black aluminium waterproof wall lamps, which adopts bidirectional light-emitting design, and the up and down light effect creates beautiful light and shadow on the Middle Eastern stone facade, which is very popular. The wall lights are installed on both sides of the entry door and balcony facade of each villa, not only illuminating the access area, but also serving as a decorative feature.
🔸 Lawn Lamp: we recommend a square head LED lawn lamp with a height of 60cm, a light colour of 3000K warm white light and a dark grey powder coated aluminium body for a modern look. Installed on both sides of the pathway in the front yard of each home, with the arrangement of greenery and shrubs, walking on the pathway at night with soft light and shadow and a sense of security.
In addition, we also provide 24V low-voltage system solutions, which is convenient for unified wiring, improve safety, especially suitable for residential concentrated areas.
3. Customer Feedback: Enhance the grade of the neighbourhood, good response from residents
