In modern villa landscape design, outdoor lighting is no longer just a functional requirement, but also a reflection of life taste. Today we would like to share with you our recently completed outdoor lighting project in the villa area of our Singaporean customer, which is a true story from the first acquaintance, trust to cooperation.
🔹1. Project background: the customer has taste, but also very “picky”.
In November 2024, we received an inquiry from Mr. Alvin, a Singaporean client. He was looking for a uniform style of outdoor wall sconces for an entire block of villas. He was looking for a uniform style for a whole block of villas, which should look “high class”, be weather and rust resistant, and energy saving and environmentally friendly. We recommended the WL1082 series, which is the company's main model of modern minimalist wall lamps.
In order to make him feel more at ease, we not only provided detailed pictures of the lamps and installation effects, but also attached our other projects in Southeast Asia, including a garden residential area in Jakarta, Indonesia and a resort in Malaysia.
He was very satisfied: “It looks classy and clean. Let's proceed with a sample first.”
🔹2. Addressing the pain point: Customers are worried about “rust” and “light decay”, what did we do?
As Singapore is always wet and rainy, the customer was very concerned about the material of the lamps. He specifically asked about rust resistance and light decay control.
Our solution:
Adopting high-grade die-casting aluminum + anti-UV powder coating process, the surface coating has passed 48 hours salt spray test to ensure no rust within three years;
The light source uses high brightness 2835 SMD lamp beads with constant current driver, 30000 hours without significant light decay;
Lampshade using imported acrylic diffusion plate, anti-dazzle at the same time soft lighting.
The customer received the sample after two weeks of field testing, and finally said, “Your product passed all my tests. I'm happy to place the first order.”
🔹3. Installation effect demonstration: make the night become warm and safe!
A total of 260 wall sconces were purchased for the project and installed on facades throughout the neighborhood. The lamps automatically light up in the evening, which not only plays a role in lighting, but also gives the whole residential area a more cozy atmosphere. The customer sent us some pictures of the installation, in which the light is softly projected from the wall, creating a quiet and modern night scene.
He commented, “Our neighbors all asked where the lights came from. You'll get more business from here soon!”
